- Try to understand the whole system to avoid making mistakes.
- Don't blindly follow the trends but look at the fundamentals behind them and come out with better things.
- Hires people with the same related exposures and understanding of the operations even to place them for different departments.
- Cut as many profits from suppliers, hence lowering the end purchasing cost.
