Solar Car Park: Add Purposes To The Community's Existing Structures

Everyone can feasibly own an Electric Vehicle as there are many infrastructures "park and charge" are built by the states around the cities to support their citizens live sustainably while committed to The Paris Climate Agreement. Besides, many commercial facilities are building free charging ports to attract more visitors.

However, these carports that we start to always see at the gas stations or malls are expensive to build with digging the ground to place the cable that is connected to the utility grid. Moreover, this increases the states and consequently the citizens' utility expenditure and still, rely on the non-renewable source (coal).
 
Yet, we are sometimes unaware of other structures around our communities that can further innovate to add their other purposes. Such as, the car park rooftop to keep the car under the shades can be used to fit the solar panels which can generate free energy and straight away charge the cars' batteries while parking. The costs are cheaper to build because we don't need large battery storage in the parking load since the cars are charge as their complimentary snacks (energy).
 
These solar charging car parks are essential as sometimes users forget to charge their cars overnight and they don't have sufficient energy throughout the day. Furthermore, this is the way for the states to help citizens to reduce their burden over high utility bills as solar energy are not OPEX intensive investment.
