At the earlier times, the country has the necessities such as water, electricity and gas that were enough for the locals, however, as the economy spur there will be no end to future developments and this creates jobs opportunities that attract people from other states or overseas into the country. Hence, this growing population at a drastic rate will outweigh the available resources in that country. Yes, they can import goods from neighbouring countries or overseas, however, this is not sustainable as they are only paying high mark-up price necessities which will soon deplete their wealth.

Therefore, for the country to grow sustainably, is by creating the resources locally by reinvesting the profits from their other strong industry into the development that can counter the country weakness. For example, for the country that is located in a dry location but near the sea, they are developing the desalination plant to get fresh water. This desalination plant has tanks with solar domes, and the process is, the seawater inside the dome will evaporate by the local environment's heat that are been radiated toward inside the tank using a solar reflector dome. As the water evaporates, this will separate them from the salt, this should be done in the controlled temperatures to prevent distillation instead - the separation of water from the nutrients which the human body needed them as well. Then, the desalinated water will be drip into the tank and collected as drinkable water.

Hence, technology is the solution for human well being, supported by engineering skills that by using available and accessible resources to create tools to overcome the barriers.
